As another financial year has just ended (on 31st March) we are required to complete your income tax returns and financial statements for the 2011 financial year. Please click on the link below to access our rental property questionnaire.  At your earliest convenience, please work your way through the questionnaire collating your information.  Once you have all the information we require please email or post this in to us so we can complete your income tax returns for you.  Please also return the signed questionnaire.

Please note we have until 31 March 2012 to complete these returns.  Please remember if you are a salary and wage earner and your rental statement results in a loss this may result in a tax refund being due.
